Marta Torrejón is a very experienced player who has played constantly in Spains highest division since 2005 and 90 matches for the Spanish national team. Marta Torrejón made her debut for Espanyol as a teenager. In 2013, at the age of 23, she signed for Barça and quickly became a fixture in the Blaugrana’s back four. Her greatest asset is her endearing personality, which makes Marta a “special person” on and off the pitch. Thanks to her technique, passing ability and reliabaility, Marta can be used in both central and full-back positions. The defender is also very good in aerial duels and upsets every team that plays Barca.
